Former Copa Libertadores and Intercontinental Cup winners Club Olimpia have released a 2014/15 third kit from Kappa that is inspired by the famous orange shirts of the Dutch national team.
The choice of color is in homage to William Praats, a Dutchman who is considered the father of Paraguayan football. He was also one of the founders of Club Olimpia.
The jersey is a crew neck affair with its collar and sleeve cuffs in black to match the accompanying shorts and socks. A black band carrying the logo of Olimpia’s main shirt sponsor runs along the mid-front of the kit.
Primera División champions on thirty nine occasions, Olimpia are currently in fourth position in Paraguay’s top division of soccer.
