Chicago Fire Launch Fan Designed 2014/15 adidas Third Jersey

In the news in September for signing former France, Liverpool and Atletico Madrid striker Florent Sinama Pongolle, Chicago Fire Soccer Club has released an adidas third kit (now available at World Soccer Shop) for the remainder of the 2014 season. The mainly black shirt will also be worn during the Fire’s 2015 MLS season.

Designed by Fire fan Freddy Christiano the new jersey is also called #cf97ThirdKit and will be worn club’s Seventeenth Anniversary Match on Sunday, October 5 in an MLS Eastern Conference bottom of the table meeting with Marco Di Vaio and the Montreal Impact.

The shirt includes all of the elements of the city of Chicago flag on it. Sky blue and white appear on a vertical band on the kit’s front and on its right sleeve. The three red stars from the flag also appear on the right sleeve.
