Madrid-based Getafe Club de Fútbol presented their Joma three kit match range for the 2014/15 season at a press conference last week. The new shirts will be available at World Soccer Shop, Kitbag, Subside Sports and UK Soccer Shop.
Azulones (The Deep Blues) will don a 14/15 home shirt in their traditional blue with a darker shade of blue in the shoulder areas. The Getafe away kit is red while the team’s third uniform is all yellow. All three kits use a new Joma jersey template with a round neck collar and piping on the front shoulders. A Spanish flag is printed on the upper back of each.
Thirteenth placed finishers in La Liga last season, Getafe has been a fixture in Spain’s top-tier of football since being promoted from the second division in 2004. Since then the club has made it to two Copa del Rey finals and to the quarter-finals of the UEFA Europa League.
Getafe players Medhi Lacen (Algeria) and Sammir (Croatia) were on the books of the team while participating in the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
