Popular Australian A-League club Melbourne Victory unveiled their 2013/15 home and away kits from adidas on Thursday.
According to adidas Australia: The new design is the club’s second generation of adidas kit since signing a five year deal with the leading sports brand back in 2011.
adidas’ global design team worked closely with both players and Melbourne Victory management to select colours, necklines and materials in an effort to improve the strip and optimise player performance for the new season.
Headlining the big changes in 2013/14 is a fresh colour approach for the away kit, with the selection of a Sharp Blue and White combination.
The new home kit features a slimline and contemporary update of the iconic Melbourne Victory Chevron, including adidas climacool technology. The updated Chevron was designed taking into account overwhelming feedback from supporters for a slimmer ‘V’.
