Barcelona-based Spanish La Liga side RCD Espanyol has unveiled its 2013/14 home, away and third PUMA kits. All three jerseys will be available at Subside Sports.
According to Los Periquitos (Parakeets) English language website: RCD Espanyol and Puma have presented the new kits for season 2013-2014.
This year, the main shirt recovers the wide blue stripe in the front while the back is all in white. The second t-shirt matches grey and black and the third one, the most innovative, is lime yellow and turquoise blue.
The presentation took place at Puma’s offices in Cornellà de Llobregat. Puma’s General Manager, Mr. Javier Ortega, said that “Puma wants to go further on. This is our second year with RCD Espanyol and we want to approach Espanyol fans”.
Ortega pointed out that the price of the shirt is “special” and that PUMA is the first firm that has made this decision. “The club is very important for us”. Ortega explained that the new t-shirts have been designed with the last technology “that we apply to the clothes of the TOP sportsmen IN the world”.
On the other hand, Joan Collet, RCD Espanyol’s president, has declared that “the presentation of the new kits mean the beginning of the new season and with it, the arrival of new aims and dreams”. Collet has said that he is “very happy” with PUMA’s partnership.
