London Billboard Celebrates Corinthians FIFA World Club Cup Final Meeting with Chelsea FC

Brazilian club SC Corinthians Paulista and technical sponsor Nike has unveiled a billboard in London England ahead of the club’s world club championship meeting with Chelsea FC.

According to Nike: In the build up to the World Club Cup Final, Nike and Corinthians have created a massive outdoor billboard ad in West London, the home of Chelsea FC, their opponents in Sunday’s match.

The billboard – situated on the corner of Kensington High Street and Olympia Way – features and image of players with the words “THE ALMIGHTY: AQUI È CORINTHIANS” (Corinthians Are Here). It is designed to provide international exposure for Corinthians, as well as illustrating the potential global appeal of the club.

Corinthians has the biggest fan base of any club in Japan, and a huge dedicated group of fans has followed the team to Japan for the tournament.
