France adidas 2012/13 Rugby Alternate Jersey
2011 Rugby World Cup finalists France have followed the July release of their new home jersey with that of their adidas 2012/13 away kit (available soon at World Rugby Shop, Kitbag Rugby and Lovell Rugby). Les Bleus changed technical sponsors to adidas this summer after donning Nike kits over the past few years.
The XV de France 12/13 away shirt uses the same design as Les Bleus new home kit with the team’s traditional blue replaced by a predominantly white colorway.
It will be worn in match competition for the first time on November 24th when France meets Samoa in a test match at the Stade de France. The Samoans will wear their primary blue kit for the match.
Currently ranked fifth in the world by the IRB, France has qualified for every World Cup since the inaugural tournament in 1987. The team has made the tournament final on three occasions losing to Australia once and New Zealand twice.
