Italy PUMA 1982 World Cup 30th Anniversary Home Jersey

The Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio (FIGC) and technical sponsor PUMA have released a special edition Italy home jersey to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Azzuri’s 1982 FIFA World Cup title. It is now available at World Soccer Shop and soccer.com.

The Italy PUMA 1982 World Cup 30th Anniversary shirt’s core design is that of the 2012/13 home kit currently being worn by the EURO 2012 finalists. However, it has been altered to resemble the kit worn by Paolo Rossi and the 1982 team via the use of darker blue throughout, Italian national colors on its sleeve cuffs and a predominantly blue collar.

The inside upper back of the jersey features a printed  inside neck label chronicling Italy’s path to its first World Cup title since 1938 from the tournament’s group phase to the final.
