SL Benfica adidas 2012/13 Home and Away Jerseys
Technical sponsor adidas has unveiled the 2012/13 home and away kits of thirty two-time Portuguese Primeira Liga champions SL Benfica (Full Name: Sport Lisboa e Benfica).
The red home jersey features a short polo-style collar with a front placket and ribbed cuffs. The black away shirt has a rounded collar and red band across its chest. Both adidas designs are new for the firm’s 12/13 kit cycle.
As Primeira Liga runners-up last season, Benfica has qualified for the group stage of the 2012/13 UEFA Champions League. The Ãguias (Eagles) were European champions in the 1960/61 and 1961/62 seasons.
