After a brief return to the Bundesliga during the 2011/12 season, Hertha Berlin were relegated back to the second tier of German soccer, the 2. Bundesliga, at the end of the season.
As Die Alte Dame (The Old Lady) looks for to bounce back to Germany’s top-flight, the Hertha Berlin Nike 2012/13 kit was unveiled on Wednesday night with modeling from current players Maximilian Obst, Hany Mukhtar and Christian März. The new shirt sees the return of the ‘Fahne pur’ (Pure Flag) version of the club’s badge. It will see action during the team’s upcoming pre-season and DFB Pokal campaigns in July and August.
