Manchester United Nike 2012/13 Home Goalkeeper Kit

Along with its highly-anticipated  outfield player home uniform for next season, Manchester United launched its Nike 2012/13 home goalkeeper kit on Friday.

The green strip will be worn by United’s goalkeepers such as David De Gea, Anders Lindegaard and Ben Amos for their home games next season. It features the same Gingham check that hailed from Manchester’s famous cotton mills as the outfield player jerseys along with an inner back neck graphic that reads ‘Forged in Industry, Striving for Glory’; paying tribute to the cities industrial past but also the club’s hard-working ethos.

Defending English Premier League champions, Manchester United is currently in second place in the league with one match left in the season. The team trails local rival Manchester City in the league only on goal difference.
