Featuring FC Barcelona regular starter Alexis Sánchez, the Chile national soccer team (or Selección Chilena de Fútbol) is currently ranked twelveth in the world by FIFA. The team made it to the Round of 16 of the last World Cup and is fifth place after four matches played in the South American 2014 FIFA World Cup qualification zone.
On Wednesday night, Asociación Nacional de Fútbol Profesional (ANFP) president Sergio Jadue and Chile manager Claudio Borghi launched the Chile PUMA 2012/13 home and away kits at Santiago’s Complejo Quilín. The red home kit will be worn for the first time when La Roja meets Ghana in an international friendly in Philadelphia, USA on February 29th.
The Chile 2012/13 home kit appears to feature a brand new collared PUMA design. The predominantly white away jersey uses the same PUMA design as the Czech Republic 12/13 home shirt.
