Newell’s Old Boys Topper 2012 Home and Away Kits

Five-time Argentine champions Club Atlético Newell’s Old Boys, usually called Newell’s Old Boys or Newell’s, is a sports club from Rosario, Santa Fe Province Argentina. The club was founded on November 3, 1903, and is named after Isaac Newell, one of the pioneers of Argentine football.

Newell’s is best known for their soccer team, which currently plays in the Argentine Primera División (the top-level of the Argentine league system). Over the years, Newell’s Old Boys have featured Argentine internationals such as Gabriel Heinze and Maxi Rodríguez.

Newell’s Old Boys presented their Topper home and away kits for the upcoming Tonero Clausura 2012 season on Wednesday night at a Rosario hotel. The traditional red and black home strip will be used for the team’s season opener against Estudiantes on February 11th at La Ciudad de La Plate.
