Orlando City Soccer Club is an American professional soccer team based in Orlando, FL. Founded in 2010, the club plays in the American Division of the USL Professional Division, the the third tier of soccer in the USA, and is the defending league champion.

On Wednesday night, the Orlando City Umbro 2012 home kit was unveiled at the team’s first annual Supporters Summit at Mojo Cajun Bar & Grill in Downtown Orlando. According to the club’s website:

New features of the jersey include a white trim below the neckline and around the shoulders, making the purple even more evident for the 2012 Lions. The socks and shorts match the purple top with the same royal purple color. The socks have a break in the middle with a white bar emphasized with an Umbro logo.

The new scudetto will also be added to the jersey before the Lions start the regular season, with three crowns inside the outline of the Orlando City crest. The three crowns represent the three titles Orlando City won during the inaugural 2011 campaign- the USL PRO championship, USL PRO regular season championship, and the American Division championship.
