South Africa Rugby Sevens Canterbury 2011/2012 Home Kit

The South Africa Rugby Sevens team is hosting the latest stop on the HSBC Sevens World Series in the form of the inaugural Nelson Mandela Bay South Africa Sevens in Port Elizabeth on Friday and Saturday.

Currently tied for third place in the HSBC Sevens World Series standings after two stops in the annual circuit, the Blizbokke are now through to the quarter finals of the SA Sevens and will meet France on Saturday for a spot in the Cup semis.

The South Africa Rugby Sevens Canterbury 2011/2012 home kit was recently launched and has seen action in the Gold Coast and Dubai Sevens thus far. The strip used in competition differs from that originally launched in that the pants are all white. The initial version of the uniform featured green and white shorts that gave the appearance of diapers. Fan complaints and media ridicule led to its redesign.
