The Egypt national soccer team has long been one of Africa’s footballing powers. Nicknamed The Pharoahs, Egypt holds the record for the most African Cup of Nations titles with seven. However, after winning the 2006, 2008 and 2010 editions of the tournament, Egypt did not qualify for the 2012 Cup of Nations.
With new manager Bob Bradley now in charge, Egypt is gearing up for its 2014 FIFA World Cup qualification campaign. Featuring talent such as Mohamed Zidan of Borussia Dortmund and Ahmed Elmohamady of Sunderland, Egypt next two friendlies will be against against Brazil on November 14, 2011 and February 28, 2012 in Doha and Cairo respectively.
Here is a look at the Egypt 2012/13 PUMA home jersey that the Pharoahs will wear in their attempt to qualify for the World Cup for the first time since Italia 1990. It is now available at Subside Sports.
