The 2011 Pan American Games (or Pan Am Games) are taking place in Guadalajara, Mexico from October 14th to the 30th. The tournament will feature approximately 6,000 athletes from 42 North, Central and South America and Caribbean nations participating in 36 sports including soccer.
The 2011 Pan Am games men’s and women’s soccer tournaments will each feature eight Under-22 teams including hosts Mexico and South American powers Brazil and Argentina. Men’s action kicks off today with four matches. Here are the groups and full schedule of men’s matches for the competition. All times are local (equivalent to US Central Time).
All matches will be stream lived on the Terra Pan American Games 2011 website in the USA. Select matches will be shown on television network ESPN Deportes and on ESPN3.com. All matches shown on ESPN3.com are available for replay for 30 days following the match.
