Coritiba Foot Ball Club Lotto 2011 Third Kit / Camisa

Coritiba Foot Ball Club, commonly known as Coritiba, is a Brazilian soccer team from Curitiba, Paraná. Coritiba currently campaigns in the top tier of Brazilian football – the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A – following its promotion from Série B at the end of the 2010 season. The club’s sole Série A league title came in 1985.

On Sunday, the Coritiba Lotto 2011 third kit was launched and worn during the team’s 0-0 league draw with Bahia. It recognizes the teams entry into the Guinness World Records for most consecutive victories by a soccer team. Guinness states:

The most consecutive association football victories across all competitions was 24 by Coritiba Foot Ball Club (Brazil) from Curitiba, Brazil, between 3 February and 5 May 2011. The team outscored opponents 74-16 in winning 17 matches in the Parana State Championship and seven matches in the national cup competition.

The Coritiba Lotto 2011 third jersey features a rear upper back area print recognizing the achievement and the dates of all of the wins printed vertically on its front.
