Portuguesa Penalty 2011 Third Kit / Camisa

Currently atop the Campeonato Brasileiro Série B table, Associação Portuguesa de Desportos, usually called Portuguesa or Lusa, is a Brazilian football team from São Paulo in São Paulo state.

Once the club of former Brazilian internationals Zé Roberto and Ricardo Oliveira, Portuguesa finished the 2010 Série B season in 5th place and is now seeking to return to the top flight of Brazilian soccer for the first time since 2008.

On Tuesday, Portuguesa launched its Penalty 2011 third kit before its 3-0 league win over Goiás. The new kit uses the colors of the Portuguese national team. It also features the names of the member of the five Paulista clubs representing the Portuguese community of São Paulo that merged to form Portuguesa in 1920 and Portugual’s Cruz de Avis.

Current Portuguesa players Lucas Gaúcho and Boquita, model Kate Frazão and singer Roberto Leal were on hand to model the new Lusa shirt.
