Boca Juniors Nike 2011/12 Home Jersey / Camiseta

Argentine powerhouse Club Atlético Boca Juniors, known simply as Boca Juniors or Boca, are currently preparing for the start of next weekend’s Apertura 2011 kickoff following their 7th place league finish last season.

On Sunday, Boca Juniors launched their Nike 2011/12 home jersey (now available at World Soccer Shop, The Onionbag and Subside Sports). Each of Boca’s new environmentally friendly kits are made of recycled plastic bottles. This is currently the case with most of Nike’s 2011/12 soccer jerseys. The new uniform was used for the first time during the team’s 3-0 Emirates Cup 2011 loss to Paris Saint-Germain in London.

Featuring talismanic midfielder Juan Román Riquelme, Boca opens its Apertura 2011 season at Olimpo de Bahía Blanca on August 7th.
