Video: Manchester United 4 – New England Revolution 1 (International Club Friendly Highlights)

England international Ashley Young made his Manchester United debut while Italian striker Federico Macheda scored twice as the defending English Premier League champions routed the New England Revolution 4-1 in an international friendly on Wednesday night.

After a scoreless first half at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA, veteran striker Michael Owen opened the scoring for United in the 51st. Macheda made matters 2-1 in the 54th before a Benny Feilhaber free kick deflected off Kenny Mansally and into the net in the 56th. Macheda completed his brace in the 61st while Park Ji-sung converted Ryan Gigg’s pass in the 81st.
