Dundee United FC Nike 2011/12 Away Kit / Jersey

Dundee United Football Club is a Scottish professional football club located in the city of Dundee. Traditionally, United are nicknamed The Terrors and the supporters known as The Arabs. The club currently campaigns in the Scottish Premier League.

On Friday, Dundee United their Nike away kit for the 2011/12 SPL season. The 11/12 Dundee United home strip will also see Europa League action courtesy of Dundee United’s fourth place finish in the SPL last season.

According to the Dundee United website:

Commercial Sales Executive Keith Haggart, who deals with our kit partner, Just Sport Group Ltd, said: “We have listened to what the fans wanted with this kit. Supporters were telling us they wanted a predominantly black away top and the idea of the tangerine shorts also came from suggestions by supporters and certainly adds a bit of colour for the away days.

The reaction to the home kit this year has been excellent and I am sure that this away kit will be received in a similar manner by the fans. To have both Calor and Dents8 agree to adjust their logo to implement our Club colours also shows the strong relationship we have with our kit sponsors.”
