Nottingham Forest Umbro 2011/12 Away Kit / Jersey

Nottingham Forest F.C. is an English professional football club based at the City Ground in West Bridgford, a suburb of Nottingham. It is currently playing in the second tier of English league football, The Championship.

The club was founded in 1865 and has an illustrious history which encompasses winning two consecutive European Cups, along with a domestic title, two FA Cups and four League Cups. Nottingham Forest were founding members of the Football Alliance in 1889 and the Premier League in 1992.

A resurgent Forest finished the 2011/12 Championship season in 6th position. However, the club fell short of being promoted to the English Premier League in the promotion playoffs for the second year in a row.

On Wednesday, Nottingham Forest launched its Umbro 2011/12 away kit. It will be used for the first time during Forest’s pre-season friendlies. Thus far matches against Wolverhampton Wanderers and Burton Albion have been scheduled.

The Nottingham Forest Umbro 11/12 home kit was released earlier this month.
