Fußballsportverein Frankfurt 1899 e.V. is a German association football club based in the Bornheim district of Frankfurt am Main, Hesse and founded in 1899. Usually called FSV Frankfurt, the club has campaigned in the second tier of German soccer, the 2. Bundesliga, since the 2008/09 season.
FSV Frankfurt finished the recently concluded 2010/11 season in 13th place. The club has three Women’s German championships and five Women’s DFB-Pokal titles to its credit. Before its women’s team was disbanded in 2006, FSV featured a host of German internationals including Birgit Prinz and Steffi Jones.
FSV Franfurt has launched its 2011/12 home and away kits. The new strips are provided by German sportswear firm Saller.
