Dundee United FC Nike 2011/12 Home Kit / Jersey

Dundee United Football Club is a Scottish professional football club located in the city of Dundee. Traditionally, United are nicknamed The Terrors and the supporters known as The Arabs. The club currently campaigns in the Scottish Premier League.

On Friday, Dundee United their Nike home kit for the 2011/12 SPL season. The 11/12 Dundee United home strip will also see Europa League action courtesy of Dundee United’s fourth place finish in the SPL last season.

According to the Dundee United website:

The striking design, modelled by young stars Ryan Dow and Dale Hilson, features the unmistakable traditional tangerine with a black chevron that encases the Nike swoosh and Dundee United club crest. The chevron design is itself a return to the historical design utilised by Dundee United in its formative years.

The new design, which is sure to be a winner with Dundee United fans, underscores the continued sponsorship by Calor Gas and takes into account supporter suggestions of the Calor logo changing to the more prominent black colour.
