Emelec Astro 2011 Home Jersey / Camiseta
Club Sport Emelec is a Ecuadorian sports club based in Guayaquil currently playing in the Ecuadorian Serie A (Primera Categoría Serie A) – the top of the soccer pyramid in the country. Emelec has won 10 Serie A titles (third over in Ecuador soccer history) and 7 regional titles. The club also finished as the 2001 runner-up of the now defunct Copa Merconorte.
Emelec has unveiled its 2011 home kit from sportswear brand Astro on its website. The new jersey was designed by José Miguel Pérez and selected via an online vote. It was worn for the first time on January 21st when Emelec hosted Peruvian champion Universidad San Martín in a pre-season friendly.
