Shimizu S-Pulse is a professional Japanese association football club based in Shimizu-ku, Shizuoka. S-Pulse currently competes in the J. League Division 1 (J1).

S-Pulse have recorded an average end of season placing of 6.8 which places them fourth behind Kashima Antlers, Yokohama F. Marinos and prefectural rivals, Júbilo Iwata. While the club has never won a J1 title, it did take home the 2000 Asian Cup Winners Cup and 2001 Emperor’s Cup.

On Friday, the Shimizu S-Pulse PUMA 2011 home, away and goalkeeper kits were officially launched. The home and away jerseys used the PUMA King design that made popular by the Tottenham Hotspur 2010/11 home shirt and now is use by a slew of PUMA-sponsored clubs.
