Saudi Arabia Nike 2011 Away Kit

Unbeknownst to many the Saudi Arabia Football Federation recently signed a kit deal with American sportswear giant Nike. As a result, the Saudi Arabia national football team (Arabic: منتخب السعودية لكرة القدم‎) has switched from wearing PUMA to Nike gear.

A first look at the Saudi Arabia Nike 2011 home strip was had during the Green Falcons surprising 2-1 loss to Syria on Sunday in the group phase of the AFC Asian Cup 2011. Earlier today, the team wore its green 2011 away kit in a 1-0 loss to Jordan (see video below) that saw Saudi Arabia shockingly crash out of the tournament.

Soccer shirt lovers will be very familiar with the new Saudi Arabia home jersey’s design as it is the same as that used for the 2010/11 Nike Brazil home, Poland third and Aberdeen home and away kits amongst others.
