Defending Turkish Süper Lig champion Bursaspor is a professional football club located in the city of Bursa. Formed in 1963, Bursaspor is nicknamed the Yeșil Timsahlar (the Green Crocodiles). The club colours are green and white with home kits usually featuring both colours in a striped pattern.

With Turkish internationals Ömer ErdoÄŸan and Sercan YÄ±ldÄ±rÄ±mm in its ranks, Bursaspor is currently participating in the Group stage of the UEFA Champions League for the first time. The club is matched with Valencia, Rangers FC and Manchester United in Group C of the competition.
