Kashima Antlers 2010 Nike Home and Away Kits

[digg=http://digg.com/soccer/Kashima_Antlers_2010_Nike_Home_and_Away_Kits]Kashima Antlers are a professional football team playing in the Japanese J. League. “Antlers” is derived from the city name, Kashima which literally means “deer island”.

Since the J-League’s creation in 1993, Kashima have proved by far Japan’s most successful club team, having won the league title seven times, the J. League Cup three times and the Emperor’s Cup three times. They are the current defending J. League champions.

Late last week, Kashima Antlers unveiled their Nike 2010 home and away kits. They will feature in the 2010 J. League season and AFC Champions League.

This is the first that we’ve seen of the Nike design used for these shirts. Perhaps they’ll be used for the highly-anticipated Nike World Cup 2010 jerseys.

Check out our Kits and Jerseys section for more brand new kits.
