Bologna F.C. Macron 2009/10 Centenary Kit / Maglia
Bologna Football Club 1909 is an Italian football club based in Bologna, Emilia-Romagna. They were formed in 1909. The club is nicknamed the Rossoblù because of the red and blue striped shirts they wear.
Bologna F.C. was promoted to the Italian Serie A for the 2008/09 season, having last played in the top division in 2004/05. They finshed last season’s campaign in 17th position and, therefore, avoided relegation back to Serie B.
Today, Bologna FC launched their 2009/10 Macron Centenary kit with the help of player Marco Di Vaio and club president Francesca Menarini.
The new Macron shirt has BFC 1909 embroidered its front pocket and the 1909-2009 on the back of its collar. Its buttons are engraved with Bologna 1909-2009.
The Bologna Macron Centenary shirt is a limited edition item as only 1909 pieces are to be handmade in Italy. It will be worn on October 4th for the club’s Serie A matchup with Genoa.
