After being relegated from the English Premier League at the end of the 2007/08 season, Birmingham City FC are back in the top flight after gaining promotion via a 2nd place finish in the Football League Championship.
With aspirations of grandeur in hand, the Brummies revealed of their Umbro Premier League 2009/10 home kit today. Here’s a look at the kit featuring modeling by club Captain Lee Carsley and others.
According to the Brummies’ website:
The predominantly royal blue kit, with a white panel above the chest and a white collar was a particular favourite of Blues Captain Lee Carsley.
And you can see him and the rest of the boys wearing it for the first time in the pre-season friendly Vs. Real Sporting De Gijon on Saturday 8 August.
