Bradford City A.F.C. Surridge 2009/10 Home and Away Kits

Bradford City Association Football Club (also known as The Bantams, and previously The Paraders) is an English football club based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, playing in the League Two. Some may remember them from their exploits during their 2 seasons in the English Premier League in the 1998-2000 period.

Today Bradford City presented their new Surridge kits for their 2009/10 League Two campaign. Here’s a description of the kits from The Bantam’s website:

Incorporating the logo of new sponsor MAP (UK) Ltd, the home kit is now predominantly claret with amber trim while the away kit returns to all black with claret and amber trim.

Both have embroidered black ribbons on the back, remembering the 56 supporters who perished in the 1985 Bradford Fire Disaster.

Replica home shirts will be on sale from Saturday 11 July, the same day in which the team will wear the kit for the first time as they take on Burnley at the Coral Windows Stadium in their opening pre-season fixture.

The black strip will be worn on Saturday 1 August at the home game with Carlisle United with replicas going on sale the same day.
