[digg=http://digg.com/soccer/Leicester_City_FC_2009_10_Joma_Home_Kit_Jersey]One time English Premier League outfit Leicester City Football Club (also known as The Foxes) is an English professional football club based at the Walkers Stadium in the city of Leicester. On April 18 2009, Leicester City were crowned 2008-09 champions of this English Football League One and thus secured automatic promotion back to the Coca Cola Championship for the 2009-2010 season.
Today, Leicester City evening unveiled their home kit that will be worn for the club’s 2009-10 Championship campaign.
The Joma kit features a commemorative club badge emblazoned on the shirt in commemoration of its 125th anniversary. It also features a rounded hem line with the club badge embossed on the reverse of the shirt, above the hem line. The text ‘Celebrating 125 Years 1884-2009’ appears on the inside neck area of the shirt.
This is one of the nicer 2009/10 kits that we’ve seen so far.
