The rebuilding Czech Republic wore their 2018/19 PUMA home kit for the first time during their international friendly win over FIFA World Cup bound Iceland in Qatar on Friday.
The jersey uses a new crewneck design from PUMA in the traditional primary red of the EURO 2004 semi-finalists. It is accented in the blue of the Czech flag at its collar. The most striking effect on the shirt is a stylized graphic of the lion on the Fotbalová asociace České republiky crest on the entire front of the jersey.
“CZECH REPUBLIC” is printed on the signoff area while additional phrases in Czech appear on the inside of the sleeve cuffs and waistline. Player issue / authentic versions of the kit are made of PUMA’s new lightweight evoKNIT fabric.
