Palmeiras 2017/18 adidas Home Kit

adidas Brasil has released the highly-anticipated 2017/18 home kit for reigning Campeonato Brasileiro Série A champions Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras. It will make its on the pitch debut on Sunday when Verdão (Big Green) begin their title defence against Vasco da Gama at Allianz Parque in São Paulo.

The latest Palmeiras home shirt in in the club’s traditional green. A series of thin vertical stripes in a darker shade of green run along its front. The jersey’s ribbed crewneck collar and sleeve cuffs are also dark green. “Ostentando a sua fibra”  is printed on the upper outside back of the kit.

The classic Palmeiras crest of 1942 (when the club changed its name from Palestra Italia because of anti-Italian World War II sentiment in Brazil) is embroidered on the kit’s left breast.

Dark green shorts and green socks with gold detailing complete the Palmeiras 2017/18 adidas home kit.
