Reigning Korean K League Classic champions FC Seoul have released two sets of le coq sportif match kits for their 2017 season.
The club will wear one set of kits for their 2017 domestic league and FA Cup campaign and another for their AFC Asian Champions League run.
The FC Seoul 2017 domestic kits are in the clubs traditional home red and black stripes and away white. The alternate jersey has a chest band made up of red and black stripes.
Both use a bespoke design from le coq sportif featuring a grandfather collar with a buttonless placket. A golden patch celebrating FC Seoul’s 2016 league title is stitched onto the mid chest of the jerseys.
FC Seoul’s 2017 AFC Champions League shirts use a more modern design for le coq sportif. The collar on the fitted kits is a v-neck with a neck insert.
The home shirt uses FC Seoul’s red and black stripes (though thicker than on the domestic jersey) while the alternate kit is white with a red chest stripe. The stripe on the away shirt includes subtle images from iconic structures in Seoul. The South Korea flag is embroidered on the chest of both kits.
