Olympique Lyon 2015/16 “Stade des Lumières” adidas Kit

Olympique Lyonnais’ 2015/16 adidas third kit celebrates the opening of their new stadium, Stade des Lumières (Stadium of Lights). It will be the first shirt worn by the club when they play they first match at the new venue (a French Ligue 1 meeting with Troyes) on January 9th, 2016.

Called the “Maillot des Lumières” (Lights Shirt), the latest 15/16 OL jersey is in the club’s traditional home white. It is accented with golden adidas shoulder stripes and branding. adidas France says that the use of gold on the kit represents the prestige and uniqueness of the kit.

The red and blue of th Olympique Lyon crest is included on the shirt via flashes on its waistline. The new kit is completed with white shorts and socks with gold adidas stripes. The socks also feature a band of red and blue.

The Olympique Lyon 2015/16 adidas third kit will be available at World Soccer Shop, Subside Sports, UK Soccer Shop and Kitbag.

Currently in fourth place in the 2015/16 Ligue 1 standings, “Les Gones” (The Kids) home and away kits for this season were presented this past summer.
