Colo-Colo 2015 Under Armour Home and Away Kits

Thirty-time Chilean Primera División champions Colo-Colo unveiled their Under Armour home and away kits for the 2015 domestic ans Copa Libertadores seasons in Santiago on Monday.

The team nicknamed El Eterno Campeón (The Eternal Champion) will wear a home shirt in their traditional white with black accenting for the upcoming season. The 2015 edition of the Colo-Colo primary jersey has a prominent black vertical band on its middle front area.

The band is pixelated at its bottom to create the look of Colo-Colo’s fans waving banners at the club’s Estadio Monumental David Arellano. “Somos Chile” (We Are Chile) is printed in white on the inside back collar of the kit.

Colo-Colo’s 2015 Under Armour away jersey is a mainly black affair with a simple crew neck. Red stripes run vertically along the frontal side areas of the shirt and at the sleeve cuffs. The side panels of the shirt end in white and have the same pixelated effect as the band on the front of the home kit.

The Colo-Colo club crest has four stars around it. The star above the badge is in recognition of the team’s 1991 Copa Libertadores championship while the three below it commemorate Colo-Colo’ thirty league titles.

Among the Colo-Colo dignitaries at the kit launch were club president Arturo Salah and former Real Madrid, Inter Milan and Chile striker Iván Zamorano.
