Club Universidad de Chile 2015 adidas Home Kit

Among South America’s best-supported teams, Club Universidad de Chile revealed their 2015 adidas home kit at their store in Santiago on Tuesday.

In the famed blue of “La U”, the Universidad de Chile 2015 home shirt takes its inspiration from shirt worn by the “Ballet Azul” (“Blue Ballet”) – the nickname of the Universidad in the late 1950s and early 1960s that won six Chilean championships.

The jersey uses a classic feel with a white polo collar and one button placket. The adidas branding on the shirt, shorts and socks are also white along with horizontal flashes on the side of kit’s waist area.

Universidad de Chile’s 2011 Copa Sudamerican title is represented via a golden star above the team badge while the text “SENTIMIENTO AZUL” (“Blue Feeling”) is printed ont he outside back collar. Sponsor logos appear on the front, sleeves and back of the shirt in accordance with Chilean Primera División regulations.
