Ecuador 2014 World Cup Marathon Home and Away Kits

Longtime technical sponsor Marathon Sports and the Federación Ecuatoriana de Fútbol officially launched the Ecuador 2014 FIFA World Cup home and away kits in Quito on Friday night. Both are now available at Kitbag, Subside Sports, World Soccer Shop and Tienda Fútbol Mundial.

El Tri’s (the Tricolor’s) jerseys for this summer’s tournament in Brazil were unveiled using the theme “‘Más que el sol contemplamos lucir” (We think that we can shine more than the sun) with modeling from national team players Gabriel Achilier, Óscar Bagüí, Fernando Gaibor and Jorge Guagua.

The Ecuador 2014/15 Marathon home shirt is in the team’s famous yellow with blue on its shoulders, underarms and sleeve cuffs. The away kit reverses the color scheme. The home jersey uses a red neck insert while the away shirt uses one in white.

Team captain Antonio Valencia and the rest of the Ecuador team are expected to wear their World Cup away uniform on March 5th in a friendly with the usually yellow-clad Australia in London.
