Tokyo Verdy 2014 Athleta Home and Away Kits

Japanese J. League Division 1 champions for the first two years of the league’s history in 1993 and 1994, Tokyo Verdy  have launched their 2014 home and away kits from domestic sportswear brand Athleta.

The Tokyo Verdy home jersey is in the team’s famed green while the away shirt is white with touches of green. Both use the same Athleta kit design featuring a contemporary v-neck along with partial pinstripes at the in their lower front and back areas.

A J1 regular until 2005, Tokyo Verdy has campaigned in Japan’s second tier of soccer, the  J. League Division 2 since 2006 with the exception of 2008 when the club made a one season return to Division 1.
