Various news sources have reported that 15-year old American Luis Gil is set to sign with English Premier League contenders Arsenal. This isn’t an odd move for the Gunners as boss Arsene Wenger has proven himself to be an expert at acquiring and developing young talent into stars (e.g. current Arsenal captain Cesc Fàbregas and England international Theo Walcott).
